Can I have a workout just before an event?Updated a month ago

Our Workouts do not have any downtime, so you can have as close to your event as on the same day. The results are instant and can last 7 - 10 days, depending on person to person.  

However, we always recommend guests to try a Workout a few weeks prior to a big event because, while reactions are rare, it is better to be safe than sorry when coming up to a special event.
