How long do I have to be in remission before I can have a workout?Updated 7 months ago

  • In remission for one year or more (for both Signature workouts and most boosters). 
  • In remission for five years or more (Radio Frequency boosters only).

Please note, workouts are not suitable for any guests with active cancer.
