What contraindications would prevent me from having a workout?Updated 6 months ago

  • Botox in the last 2 weeks
  • Filler in the last 4 weeks
  • Pregnant in the first trimester
  • Prescription grade retinol or acids (AHA, BHA) in the last 2 weeks
  • Surgical facial procedures or other procedures related to the face in the last 6 months
  • Facial threads in the last 12 weeks
  • Microneedling in the last 4 weeks
  • Microblading in the last 4 weeks
  • Dermaplaning in the last 2 weeks
  • Microdermabrasion in the last 2 weeks
  • Chemical peels (AHA, BHA or TCA) in the last 4 weeks
  • Laser skin resurfacing in the last 6 weeks
  • Facial hair removal in the last 2 weeks
  • Active or healing cold sore in the area being treated
  • Less than one year in remission (for both Signature workouts and most boosters). 
  • Less than five years in remission (Radio Frequency boosters only).
  • Cancer - less than 12 months remission
  • Skin conditions in the area being treated (e.g. active acne, eczema, psoriasis, cold sores, broken skin, sunburn, rosacea) or Long-term steroid use that has affected the skin
  • Metal plates or pins in the face or neck/ Epilepsy / Prone to bone fracture or Severe Osteoporosis / Heart conditions (use of FGPRO/PURELIFT)
  • Diabetes with loss of skin sensation
