What is your cancellation policy?Updated 2 months ago

Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance through the app or your online account.

 If changes are made within 24 hours, the full cost of your workout will be charged.

Please note, we allow a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive later, the full workout will be charged, and we reserve the right to offer your appointment to another client.
