What to do before your Workout/ How to prepare for your WorkoutUpdated a year ago

Before going to your Workout, be sure to complete the consultation form to ensure there are no contraindications with the selected Workout. 


Additionally, if you've had the below, we recommend holding off on booking your workout: 

  • Botox in the last 2 weeks

  • Fillers in the last 4 weeks

  • Chemical peels in the last 4 weeks

  • Micro needling in the last 2 weeks

  • Microblading in the last 2 weeks

  • Dermaplaning in the last 2 weeks

  • Microdermabrasion in the last 2 weeks

  • Laser resurfacing (dep) in the last 2 weeks

  • Facial hair removal in the last 2 weeks

  • Active/healing cold sore in the area being treated

 

For those who clean shave, shave the day before your appointment. 


On the day of your Workout: 

Please ensure that you are not wearing anything tight around your neck (no polo necks) and have minimal makeup on. 

Make sure you're hydrated, especially if you're having Radio Frequency in one of our UK studios!
