Can I cancel my Membership?Updated a month ago

To cancel your Membership, you must do so via your online customer account or by using the FACEGYM app. To cancel your Membership in time to avoid upcoming payment, cancellation must be completed 48hrs in advance of your billing date. 

Memberships cannot be cancelled prior to completion of the two month minimum term.

To cancel, follow the below steps at least 48hrs before your billing is due:

Log in to your account: UK here | US here > click your profile icon (top right) > then your name > select Membership and hit the Cancel button
