What does the membership include?

Membership perks include: 1 Workout a month 40% off Boosters 30% off additional Workouts 20% off products Minimum commitment of 2 months.

What happens if I don't use my credit within the month?

Membership credit must be used within the billing month. Unfortunately, it cannot be rolled over to the next month. This policy is outlined in our Membership Terms and Conditions.

When are new workout credits issued?

The date you signed up to your Membership on will be the same date that your Membership is billed on every month. Every month on this date, your benefits will refresh, a new credit will be issued and any unredeemed credit will expire.

Can I use a gift card for my membership payment?

Gift Cards cannot be used for membership payments.

Is there a minimum term?

Memberships are subject to a 2 month minimum term. Please note, we are unable to make any changes to your Membership until the minimum term has been completed.

What happens if I miss a payment?

You can update your payment method on your customer account. Just go to the "My Account" section of the website here (UK) or here (US) to login and you will be able to add a new payment method. After you have added it to your profile, please email ou

My membership credit says 0 but I haven't redeemed it?
