Can I freeze my Membership?Updated 7 days ago

If you are going to be unable to redeem your upcoming credits we can freeze your membership for up to 3 months.

We’ve just launched a faster, easier way to freeze your Membership directly through your online account [ONLINE ONLY, not yet available via app]

Follow these simple steps at least 48hrs in advance of billing:

Log in to your account: UK here | US here 
  1. Click your profile icon (top right), then your name
  2. Select Manage Membership
  3. Click Freeze
  4. Dropdown and select from the date options as appropriate
  5. Click Freeze
  6. Click Close
Please note, Memberships cannot be frozen before the 2 month minimum term. The earliest you can freeze is after your second payment has been completed.
