Cancel my Membership via my accountUpdated a month ago

You can now cancel your Membership via your online account - a faster way to cancel! 

STEP 1

Log into your account

STEP 2

Click your name in the top right corner of the screen, select 'MEMBERSHIP' from the left menu, select 'Manage Membership' in blue. 

If you can see a 'CANCEL' button, click this and continue. 

If you cannot see the 'CANCEL button', check the location of your Membership. 

STEP 3 

Click 'WORKOUTS' in the top menu 

STEP 4 

Click 'CHANGE STUDIO' 

STEP 5

Select the location that matches your Membership location from STEP 2

STEP 6

Click your name in the top right corner to navigate back to your profile 

STEP 7 

Click 'MEMERSHIP' on the left menu, then select 'MANAGE MEMBERSHIP' in blue, and the cancel button should appear at the bottom. 

STEP 8 

Select 'CANCEL' and then select a reason for cancellation from the dropdown box, then 'PROCEED TO CANCEL' 

STEP 9 

Receive confirmation of successful cancellation
