My membership credit says 0 but I haven't redeemed it?Updated 8 months ago

When trying to book a workout, please note that if the booking is not finalized, we hold the slot in our calendar for 20 minutes. During this time, the system recognizes this as membership credit being redeemed.

If your booking is not completed within the 20-minute window, the booking hold will time out, and the credit will automatically be reverted to your account. You will then be able to book the workout again.
