What if I want to cancel my appointment?Updated 3 months ago
You can only cancel your appointment using "My account" on our website or via the app.
Please go to the "My Account" section of the website, login and you will be able to cancel or reschedule to a time and date of your choosing.
In line with our 24hr Cancellation Policy, cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment date will be charged 100% of your Workout cost.
