What if I want to reschedule my appointment?Updated a month ago

We do not accept workout reschedule requests via email, these can only be rescheduled using the FACEGYM app or the "My account" page on our website.

Just go to the "My Account" section of the website here (UK) or here (US), login and you will be able to cancel or reschedule at your convenience.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance through the app or your online account.

 If changes are made within 24 hours, the full cost of your workout will be charged.
