What if I want to reschedule my appointment?
You can now reschedule your Workout using the FACEGYM app or the "My account" page on our website. Please go to the "My Account" section of the website, login and you will be able to reschedule to a time and date of your choosing.

What if I'm late?
If you're running late, we will try our best to accommodate you but out of respect for our other customers your Workout will end at it's originally scheduled time, or we may offer an alternative Workout to fit within the available time frame.
What is your cancellation policy?
Workouts must be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the booking. To Cancel or Reschedule, you can manage your bookings by logging into your account online or by using the FACEGYM app.

How can I make a group booking?
To make a group booking, visit our BOOK A WORKOUT page, select your preferred studio, and then change the drop down menu from 'just me' to 2-5 guests.
