What if I'm late?Updated a year ago
As a courtesy to other clients, please ensure you arrive 10 minutes before the appointment start time.
If you're running late, we will try our best to accommodate you but out of respect for our other customers your Workout will end at it's originally scheduled time, or we may offer an alternative Workout to fit within the available time frame.
If this is not possible your appointment will be treated as a cancellation and you will be charged the full price of the Workout booked.
